O Lord , I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.
Are we in a place of desperation for the Lord?
God has an individual, personal plan for your life. You are a purpose with a name
Romans 8 tells us that we have been brought into a relationship with God.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land. And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine, Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred. And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? The sower soweth the word.
We need the discernment to be able to see more than what is natural, and to hear more than what we can hear naturally.
1 Corinthians 15
2 Corinthians 5
There has to be acknowledgement that you know to hear from God.
And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
Doors can be opened.
Just because a door is open doesn’t mean you are supposed to walk through it.
Just because the door is open doesn’t mean it is going to be easy.
1 Corinthians 16:9
For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.
To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the Lord is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
If you really want to hear from God, stop hearing and listening to things you know are not of God.
When you get natural knowledge you can be talked out of it. But when you have received a circumcised ear and a revelation of the spiritual knowledge, you can’t be moved.
Delight in God and He will give you the desire of your heart.
God speaks to us so that we can act and walk. It begins with our ear.
Then shalt thou kill the ram, and take of his blood, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about. And thou shalt take of the blood that is upon the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon the garments of his sons with him: and he shall be hallowed, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
