Psalm 128:1-4
[1] Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord ; that walketh in his ways. [2] For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be , and it shall be well with thee. [3] Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. [4] Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord .

Psalm 127:1
[1] Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

The Lord keeps the city through the home that He builds.

Psalm 78:18-20,27-31
[18] And they tempted God in their heart by asking meat for their lust. [19] Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness? [20] Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people? [27] He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea: [28] And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations. [29] So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire; [30] They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet in their mouths, [31] The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.

The table of His presence:
Exodus 25:23-30
[23] Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. [24] And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about. [25] And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about. [26] And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof. [27] Over against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table. [28] And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them. [29] And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them. [30] And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

The presence of God is the ultimate desire of the table.

Proverbs 9:1-2
[1] Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars: [2] She hath killed her beasts; she hath mingled her wine; she hath also furnished her table.

Wisdom furnishes the table.

God’s presence should be the center piece of the table.

Your history does not have to define your destiny.  David is an example.

Romans 8:15-17
[15] For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. [16] The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: [17] And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him , that we may be also glorified together.
