The Power To Be Healed: P.2 (9.10.17)

Isaiah 53:1
[1] Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

The arm of the Lord is revealed to them that believe His report.

Romans 10:8-10,14
[8] But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; [9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. [10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. [14] How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

God is sensitive to our emotions, but He is not moved by them.

God is not moved by emotions, He is only moved by faith.

Hebrews 11:6

Romans 10:15-17
[15] And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! [16] But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? [17] So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Isaiah 57:19
[19] I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord ; and I will heal him.

God’s will is wholeness.

Mark 6:1-5
[1] And he went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him. [2] And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? [3] Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. [4] But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. [5] And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them .

Is there an area of life where you’re not giving what God said weight and accepting it as the final report?

The amount of weight and honor that you give the report of the Lord is the amount of weight, honor and manifestation that you will see of the Lord in your life.

Numbers 23:19
Hebrews 11:1

When hope is not present faith is not needed.

Ps 89:34
Is 55:11
John 15:7-8

Your honoring the Word will determine how it will manifest in your life.

Luke 5:17-25
[17] And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them. [18] And, behold, men brought in a bed a man which was taken with a palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him. [19] And when they could not find by what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the midst before Jesus. [20] And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee. [21] And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone? [22] But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts? [23] Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk? [24] But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house. [25] And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.

The amount of honor we give to the Lord is going to determine the amount of His power we see in our lives.

Matthew 8:5-10,13
[5] And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, [6] And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. [7] And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. [8] The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. [9] For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man , Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it . [10] When Jesus heard it , he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. [13] And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

3 John 2

Ps 149:9

Learn to use our mouth to speak life and faith.

Ear, heart and mouth all have to be in line with the Word of God.
Make God’s Word your meditation and confession.

Don’t be moved by facts, be moved by truth. Facts can change, but God’s truth is unchanging. His Word is truth.

Proverbs 12:6,14,18
[6] The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood: but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them. [14] A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompence of a man’s hands shall be rendered unto him. [18] There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health.

[7] A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul. [20] A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. [21] Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Proverbs 21:23
[23] Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
