Psalms 44:25‭-‬26
For our soul is bowed down to the dust: our belly cleaveth unto the earth. Arise for our help, and redeem us for thy mercies’ sake.

The love of God is not something you earn.
Hope is for the future.

Lamentations 3:21‭-‬22
This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.  It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

God’s position is mercy. Shame OFF you! Good removes shame that the enemy tries to put on you.

Good made the first and the last sacrifice.

Exodus 25:21-22
And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee. And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

You don’t ever want to be in the presence of God’s law without the seal of mercy

Ephesians 2:2‭-‬9
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:  Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Examples:
The power of redemption is being redeemed and not going back. Like when you have been on a cleanse and you decide that because of how good you feel, you don’t eat junk food.

It is a fact that once you’ve indulged, it’s easier to indulge. Once you’ve been made free its harder to go back.

Titus 3:3‭-‬7
For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.  But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,  Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;  Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;  That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

The motive for God redeeming me is His mercy
God not only wanted the children of Isreal out of Egypt, He wanted Egypt out of them!
God has called its to walk in a harvest we didn’t plant because He is merciful.

Psalms 136:1‭-‬18‭, ‬21‭-‬26
O give thanks unto the Lord ; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.  O give thanks to the Lord of Lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:  The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:  The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:  And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:  With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever:  And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:  But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.  To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:  And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:  And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:  Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.  Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:  And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.  Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.  O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.
