Luke 9:1-2
[1] Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. [2] And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Luke 10:1,17
[1] After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. [17] And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

2 Timothy 1:7-9
[7] For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. [8] Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; [9] Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Don’t pursue your purpose more than you pursue the person of Jesus Christ.

John 6:26
[26] Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.

Don’t let the only reason you follow Jesus be because of what He does for you.

John 6:27-29
[27] Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. [28] Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? [29] Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Until you walk in a relationship with Jesus, you will not understand your call and purpose.

It is your relationship with God that will give birth to your call.

Your equipping is based on your calling.

1 Corinthians 7:20
[20] Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.

My call is hidden in the person of Jesus Christ.

I am called to people (every call of God is people centered).

The call on your life is going to change someone else’s.

The call on your life is what is going to bring reward to your life.

2 Timothy 1:…called to people

Whatever you are called to do, your life should benefit someone else’s life with the product or service you are providing.

If you are going to influence a person, you have to have value to their life.

Jesus said, “He that is chief among you let him be your servant.”

You are called to a place.

Deuteronomy 12:13-14,26
[13] Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest: [14] But in the place which the Lord shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee. [26] Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the Lord shall choose:
You are called to a problem.

You will be able to find the call of God on your life when you face the problems that are in your life.

If you don’t have anything that pains you, you don’t have anything to be passionate about.

Nehemiah 1:3-4
[3] And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire. [4] And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven,

Whatever is paining you is something that you have been called to.

If it’s paining you, it is something you are passionate about and you are called to answer the problem.

If it’s not moving you, then God can’t use you to move it.
