Luke 17:5
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
Romans 12:3
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Faith can be measured.
Luke 17:5-6
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
Treat faith like seed.
When you treat faith like a seed, and you speak in line with God’s Word, whatever you speak to will respond.
Genesis 3 says that every seed will produce more of its own kind when planted.
Whatever you want more of in your life, plant the seed that will produce that harvest.
There’s nothing that can’t manifest in your life when you have the seed for it.
Quit going after fruit and go after seed.
Romans 10:8-10
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
1 Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
Galatians 6:7…if you don’t want a particular kind of harvest, don’t sow that kind of seed.
You have to cultivate the seed that you have planted. However, you know what to expect because you know which seed you planted.
Romans 10:14-15,17
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
You can’t have faith in what you haven’t heard.
John 1:1-3
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
You can have anything that the Word offers.
2 Corinthians 1:20
For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
