WOGM Coffee | COFFEE BARISTA
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Coffee Barista to join our team and create a welcoming space where people can connect with one another, families can bond in a safe space, and each where each coffee purchase supports a ministry rescuing local sex trafficking victims.
RESPONSIBILITIES<
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and refreshments.
- Take customer orders and payments.
- Answer questions about the beverage menu
- Greet visitors with warmth, kindness, and a genuine smile.
- Engage with guests in conversations.
- Ensure the coffee area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Stay up to date with coffee trends, techniques, and customer preferences.
- Comply with health regulations
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the oversight.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be committed to the Mission and Core Values of WOGM.
- Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and be accountable at all times.
- Knowledge of hot-brewing techniques and equipment.
- Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality role is preferred.
- Work with fellow team members and support other church initiatives.
- The ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and flexibility.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Others would describe you as being outgoing and positive.
- Above all, your desire to serve others should mirror Jesus' selfless nature
